Consent for diagnostic testing and repairs: By authorizing services, the customer consents to ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS conducting diagnostic tests and performing the necessary repairs as outlined in the repair estimate or work order.
Authorization to operate vehicle: The customer authorizes ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS and its technicians to operate the vehicle on public roads or private property for the purposes of testing, diagnostics, or verification of repairs.
Pre-existing damage disclaimer: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, defects, or damages unrelated to the services performed, provided reasonable care and due diligence have been exercised during the inspection and repair process.
Indemnification and limitation of liability: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses (direct or indirect) arising from the services provided, excluding those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Data access and consent: You authorize ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS to access and retrieve vehicle data, including but not limited to On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), Engine Control Unit (ECU), and Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), for the purpose of conducting repairs and diagnostics.
Data privacy and retention: All collected vehicle data will be used strictly for service purposes. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Service records and diagnostic reports may be retained for a minimum of three (3) years in compliance with industry regulations.
Hazardous materials (HazMat) disclaimer: ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS follows all applicable laws and safety guidelines for handling, disposing, or storing hazardous materials. The customer agrees not to hold ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS liable for any environmental or HazMat-related claims beyond what is legally required.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association before seeking legal action.
Governing law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. However, ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS acknowledges and complies with relevant federal laws as applicable to the nature of the vehicles serviced.
